Chris and Kari Sparks lead our children’s ministry.  They are the proud parents of four active children, two boys and two girls, ages 12 years to 4 years, involved in sports and music.  They understand the joys and demands of raising a Christian family in today’s pressure packed culture!

Chris and Kari both gave their hearts to God at early ages and grew up in spirit filled churches; Chris in Spartanburg, South Carolina and Kari here in the DFW area.  Both began to be used by God, moving in spiritual gifts early in their lives.

Chris’ passion is to help children discover a genuine relationship with Jesus and to assist parents raise their children to be passionate about pleasing God in all they do.  Chris enjoys cooking, watching guy movies, and cheering for Clemson Tigers football.

Kari has a servant’s heart with a passion for the hurting.  Her joy is to help children with their relationship with Jesus.  She keeps things planned and organized not only in their home but in our children’s ministry as well.  She enjoys Chris’ cooking, good chocolate and making time to listen to and pray for others.
